VirginOne Account - Moving Home.

Hi, previous member but just re-joined.
I've had a VirginOne account for about 8 years, due to the recession and being unpaid from a few jobs (self-employed) I am now 'behind plan' by about £7000 on a £85000 'overdraft' Still paying our monthly payment with no missed payments, but we are now wanting to downsize to a smaller property, get back on plan and pay off some debts with the profit from the house.
Now, we've struggled to pay CC's lately, only the minimum payments and slightly late. So should imagine it will show on our credit file.
Typically, all smaller properties are more than our current plan,by about £40K so ideally we want to pay about £120K, put down £50K deposit and the remainder pay off debts.
Whats the process ? Has anyone done this lately ? Is it all the form filling again, or do we just take 'the overdraft' to the next property ?
Any help appreciated.

You cant take the overdraft to a new property so you need to clear all debts on the property and try not to run up any more late CC payments ( damaging your credit score)0
