Ok, I'm in, I'll really truly give it a whirl, instead of just wondering how it works.
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

    Afternoon all

    I did the kitchen yesterday.

I've got one load of washing out, nearly dry. I've cut and edged the back grass and swept up. The front doesn't grow as fast and that can wait until later in the week.

Lunch cooking, need to serve it up in a minute.

Not caught up completely so I hope everyone's OK.

Well done on the job newlywed :)

Um well, I've got a job and I start TOMORROW!!!!

So not sure how much of the list is going to get done - as I have the job center and hairdresser this afternoon, then there will be making tea for tomorrow and making a packed lunch too I guess
YAY!!!!:T GO YOU!!!!!:T:T:T:T I mean it, I'm really pleased for you; you seemed so down about not having work.

Have started today's list - been freezing down some fridge stuff that we won't use up before Friday. Have also been throwing some clothes into my suitcase. Just having a time out and a glass of Lucozade, so it seemed like a good chance to catch up with Fred.:D

Also I had an email asking if I can have another canine guest from 8th to 17th August.:j:j

Have just got in from work did HHE before I left and just had lunch so a quick shower and then I will be ready to fly.

Tuesday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    Level One
    Clear and wipe kitchen surfaces
Empty the cutlery drawer.. clean it out, wash the cutlery tray, chuck those baby spoons you don't use any more.. how many medicine spoons do you actually need? get rid of everything you don't use and make the drawer look nice again!
    Level Two
    Sweep and mop floors
Sort fridge bringing what needs using soon to the front, clean out any spills or grots in there!
    Level Three
Wipe and replace all those small appliances.. kettle, toaster etc
Clean fridge and see what needs using first
Clean cupboard door fronts and fronts of appliances .. don't forget those kick boards..
Check those washing machine filters and drawers for ickiness!! Tumble dryer and dishwasher filters need to be done too!!
    Extras
    1. Wipe window sills and clean windows in these rooms
    2. Wipe down any tiles and shine those taps.. a toothbrush is great for cleaning away the gunk!
    3. Clean oven if it really needs it.. or just do the hob.. mines gross.. you need to shame me into cleaning it!

Thank you all for your kind words of encouragement!!! I bought a couple of things to remedy my "lack of home" for certain items and feel tonnes better already. Got the husband to hoover the downstairs, I dusted everywhere so really feel on top of it today! Did 3 loads of washing so just need to iron it today and dust & hoover the office. Really love the support from this thread thank you!!!

Sorting out a home for everything will make the flying so much easier. You are doing great, well done
