Hi All,
This Thurs 17th I register my forms and pay my fees with the OR then off to the High Court (Belfast) to pay my 2nd fee. The judge sits on Thursdays and I am keeping my fingers crossed that he might see me all in one day. Too good to be true prob. I'm hoping someone can answer this question for me about BI. Do I ask the OR on Thurs about this or do I have to wait to be offered it? My house is in neg equity and I would love to save it if I can. What can I expect?
I have filled in all my forms and am sitting here quite proud of myself that I managed to do it and only cried twice during the process. I need some good news now for some light relief. Thanks Ava.

Normally you would have an interview latter where you can ask about the BI, but i suppose there is no harm in askingHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0
