Iphone headphone adaptor with music control/remote?

Hey all! Hope everyone is well.

I have an iphone 3GS, and I don't like it how i have to unlock my iphone to change to the next song in my playlist. I know I could shake the iphone, but if the phone's in my pocket then it's a hassle to take it out just to shake it, or for example whilst I'm running! :mad:

For previous phones I have owned, i've managed to buy a headphone adaptor, that:

a) let's me use my own headphones
b) has a microphone built in so it acts as a hands-free too
c) has a clip so I can clip it to my shirt (or anywhere else it can be easy access)
d) Has a button (or more than one) which allows me to pause/play, skip forwards (and maybe backwards) between tracks.

Is there an iphone adaptor/accessory out there that does these very basic things?

ps, I have heard of the "Griffin SmartTalk Headphone Adaptor" but as you can see below, the reviews aren't great.
