what is this?To continue to provide excellent customer service the FREE Yana foundation sample is intended to help you find the perfect match for your skintone as a tester limited to One (1) per customer per colour (a total of 13 different colour options) After which time you will be required to purchase either 15ml or 30ml size of that same product colour. This does not affect your statutory rights."You can measure a man's character by the choices he makes under pressure"Sir Winston Churchill0

I read it as meaning that you only got one free sample and after that you'd have to buy in one of two sizes to get any more.
It's not the best written piece of information that I've ever seen, so I wouldn't worry about being forced to buy if you don't want to.
you haven't given any financial details so there is no way that you can be forced to make a purchase, even assuming that that is the intention of the seller.0
