Morning All,
Unfortunately I have a CCJ which I have been paying off gradually.
Shouldn't the firm provide an annual statement of sorts? Advising how much has been paid off, interest charges etc?
Regards

i had one of these and i just keep an eye on it myself - crossing off each month and making a note of the new balance. There shouldn't be any interest being added to it - once it's been through northampton that's the final amount you owe - they can't stick interest on it aswell.
good luck - have actually written into bbc moneybox about ccj's and the way they stay on files for 6 yrs which i think is far too long.0 -

Afternoon,
Keep a record of all your payments so that you know the current amount of your debt is probably the best way forward. If you would like them to provide you with statements, why not offer to pay the expenses of providing these?"If you can bear to hear the truth you've spoken
