Argos summer sale

Does anyone know when the Argos summer clearance sale will start? I did try searching but couldn't find anything. I shouldn't think it'll be long now.

noo sadly... no limo for me :( my family couldn't understand why I HAD to get the catalogue..... till I explained it is just 'one of those things'.

YAY for things being in the sale, I picked up a nice holdall i wanted as still got my £5 voucher from my £50 spend which runs out end of the month. half price - £5 = about £4 to pay.

Yesterday I picked up a Vax V-2000c pets bagless vaccuum cleaner (406/4169) for £50, 1/2 price Argos deal.

2 brush heads, cord rewind, 2 nozzles, 2 filters. Probably ideal for a small property as a small dust collector compartment. I luv the size n shape!!

My 1989 phillips is grand but the fleas have won!! I can toss em out of the vac at my leisure!!! (saving on bags)

    also a 1/2 price maxell sd card 569/0161 £6.49

I luv this, looks smart, big white shade, easy to assemble. Bought a warm 12w low energy (60w equiv) bulb and looks good!!

I've reserved another one for tomorrow, my catalogue says £49.99 that probably why so good, heavy base it knocks the spots off my uplighters!!!

This lamp is excellent value, the photo doesnt do it justice, my mother bought it for £49.99 when the catalogue came out and the price has just kept going down, dont know why.

As for the clearance section it just shows up the sale items so unless there's something you really want i'd wait until the new catalogue actually comes out then there will probably be further reductions(i hope!)
let he without sin cast the first stone

Phillips Blu-ray player (featured on Which) £130 down to £80 @ Argos 533/8416, nice picture on 768 HD.ready tv and plays dvd's too!!

Offer on @ Currys as well, maybe others.

You will need to buy a HDMI lead though.

If you have a CEX shop you can get bargain Blu-ray stuff.
