I've not used them but it looks a decent site.
Their full address is on there as well as a geographical phone number and a Freephone number.
Web of Trust gives them an Excellent rating.

The Whois shows that the site has been registered since 2006 so they're not fly-by-night merchants.

I couldn't find many reviews but the only bad one was on Trust Pilot which doesn't have a very good reputation for the amount of fake, gushing reviews on it.
