had my voucher turn up stating to go to a site and choose which "jade experience" i wanted. (unsure why the initially asked me which one I wanted if they werent booking it directly)

anyways... noticed half of the experiences from the list werent an option with the "jade experience" voucher. My 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th choice were the next higher valued experience group.

sent them an email asking if they had sent the wrong vouchers and had a woman call me stating to bin the jade voucher i was sent as they had made a mistake and these had now been made viod, she said thanks for bringing it to their attention, and another voucher will be sent out asap. this arrived within a few days.

I can only imagine the rest of you had the same problem?
