Aquafresh Amazing Mums - haven't received prize!

Hi, about a month ago I entered a code in the Aquafresh Amazing Mums competition and was instantly told I was a winner :j:j - £250 prize of my choice & I chose the shopping vouchers. I sent off the toothpaste box with my details but still haven't, after nearly 4 weeks, received my vouchers which should apparently have come 5 working days after receipt. I sent it by recorded delivery and have checked that it was delivered safely.

I emailed after 2 weeks & was told it would be passed to relevant dept. I phoned earlier this week and was told someone would return my call - of
course they didn't!!

My query really is this - has anyone else on here won something in this promotion and, if so, how long did it take for their prize to arrive?

I never have any luck in these things so was overjoyed to win but I'm not sure how to proceed now and would welcome some advice. Thanks in advance!

Generally i wouldn't chase a prize till 28 working days has passed, but your case seems to be a runaround.

Email again and state in the email, u r dissapointed that what was an amazing win has become such an awkward situation and to save yourself from further embarrassment you will pass this on to the isp if you don't hear back within 7 working days.

they have recently changed names to The Institute of Promotional Marketing Ltd

They will look into it on your behalf and liase with Aquafresh to find out whats happening xx

Thanks for the quick reply! I'll leave it another week or so and then chase it up again - will let you know how I get on. The vouchers are already earmarked for a PS3 for son's Xmas (:eek:) so hopefully they'll come eventually!

Well, I was panicking over absolutely nothing (as usual)!!!!!!! My shopping vouchers came this morning by recorded delivery so I'm absolutely ecstatic:j:j.

I know it was complete chance that I won but I'm addicted now - bought about a year's worth of toothpaste though no more winners and I'll be looking out for all the offers!!
