So your OH didnt pay his tax or make proper returns and wonders why things are confused.
The £115 is a fair outcome for you, move on, pay the tax bills and dont do it again.
I find it hard to believe your OH didnt commit deliberate tax evasion and only paid up when caught.

Thank you for your comments, my OH is paying the bill and it is £15 a month not £115.

I do understand as I stated from the beginning that it is wrong what he done but that does not mean he does not have a right to put things right. What you believe or don't believe is entirely up to you, and that is not my concern. As all I want to do is try and make things right and that is all.
