2 certainties for the world cup.
England will go out on penalties & Rooney will lose his rag/get sent off.0 -
I have hit the wall with the studying, I just cant get my head around one thing and its worrying me so I am making stupid mistakes with other things that I do know.
Think I will have a cuppa, do another activity then go back to the scary stuff.
Hope you and the girlies have a fab time today Beanie x
We need 2 new cars, they have had so many new bits they are starting to remind me of Trigger's Broom:rotfl:
Cant afford one yet though. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Hi everyone! :hello:
Happy Saturday!
It's quite nice here today, not super sunny but still bright and warm. Muswell Hill (where I live in London) is absolutely packed out today - is there a football match on or something???? lol
Have had quite a LSD today, only spent 99p on some eggs and then went to Marks & Spencers as I had remembered that I had vouchers! I was given them for delivering a lecture at UCL and had forgotten about them! So got some wine and goodies for my girly evening with BF. Also had the flattering experience of being asked for ID :rotfl:
Going to make brownies now - feel free to dig in / lick the bowl! :rotfl:
Bunny - your night out sounds like it was a really good laugh. Good girl for putting that $%£**&^ out of your mind. She doesn't deserve to even be ignored.
tenmah - mmmmm, chocolate
LouiseJ - what are you studying?
Enjoy your day everyone!
Jo

Me too Elfen! I always have to carry ID in my purse, used to find it annoying, now I kind of like it! :rotfl:LBM 04/05/10 :T DEBT FREE 30/07/10 :j I made it!CHALLENGES: 0 bought lunches June or July

Jo I'm used to it....but it is embarassing when my uni card, my driving license and my smartcities card all fall out together! (smartcities is like an OAP free bus pass, but for disabled people)** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My grandparents have just dropped on me that they're coming down to see me on Mon! Now, don't get me wrong, I'm really looking forward to it, I haven't seen them in months and I really miss them. But my room looks like a bomb's hit it! Only if a bomb had hit it, there'd probably be less junk in it. They're travelling down on the Mon and they'll want an early night so I won't see them 'til the Tues. That gives me the rest of today, tomorrow and Mon (2 and a bit days, in case you weren't counting
) to tidy up stuff that's been here for nearly a year! And I'm getting my hair done at the college in town and since they're students, it'll take forever! Sorry for all the exclamation marks(!) :rotfl:
Well, I'd better get a move on then, 'Tasha wants her camping stuff back at 6 so I'll see what I can tidy before then.

Lou,
Step away.
Have coffee and chocolate.
Do some juggling/guitar playing/suduko
Then go back to it. You should be able to see it in a different way.
