Looking at the post office mortgage lending criteria, Its says
"We do not accept:
ex-local authority flats that are more than 4 storeys high or that have open decking
flats converted from office buildings or refurbished ex-local authority blocks"
The property Im looking at purchasing is a two bed ex council flat. Its 3 storeys high and is still half owned by the council with the other half being private.
This doesnt rule me out applying, does it? I dont think so but just wanting to check
