I think this is unfair....
I got my &more points and as usual, there's some vouchers for additional points on certain purchases. One of which was 1000 points (£10) on menswear over £100, and another for 300 (£3) for using the first one online.
So, off to the site - it's nearly autume suit wearing season, so a nice new suit beckons.
On the site, they have another offer - buy the suit, get shirt, tie & delivery for nothing.
Spent some time with She Who Must choosing colours and styles, then to the checkout.
Which only allows 1 code. So, I used the 'contact us' link to ask about this. I have two codes, both valid, and neither of which says not for use with any other offer, but I can only use one.
The reply from customer services was this:
I think this is because their website programming dept. didn't know about the &more points dept. giving out additional codes.
Anyone managed to argue them into honouring their vouchers?
