I can do better than that! 100 condoms for £5.97 including VAT and shipping at eroticshop.co.uk, that's 6p each. No special features, just regular German brand with shelf life 'til 2013. Just go to essentials -> Condoms then they're the first product. I've bought them myself a few times. It's not a special offer, they've been selling them at the same or similar price for over a year. They also have good prices on all their products based from my own comparisons.0

You can also get them free (any age) from Community contraception and sexual health clinics - you usually just have to register with your name date of birth and a post code.

Are the Community contraception and sexual health clinics different to the usual Family Planning Clinics? I only ask because I tried to get some condoms from the one based in Hanley health centre a few months ago, but they said that they only give them to under-25's now.
Edit: Just like to add that I found packs of 12 condoms in Home Bargains for £1.49 this weekend just gone - approx 12p each

I've used freedoms a few times before and the service was very good. They used to sell smaller quantities, I'm not sure I would order 144 condoms as sadly they would last me for a long time.... I need to get out more (with the one ordering the xxl!)!0
