I could sell the car , I suppose I see it as a failure on my part if I do though.
The mobile phone bill is paid by my employer so it comes back through expenses.
I think its best not to be too proud especially if it means you are going deeper and deeper into debt, yea it would be nice to have the car but can you live without it for a while sell it and pay off your debt then rethink your car situation? The main thing that stands out as cost that could be cut is the car...! Maybe ask your boyfriend to insure you on his car so you can nick it off him time to time?? :-) Good luck!if i had known then what i know now0 -
Personally I would look into selling your car. I'm afraid the IQ is not a concept car as it is manufactured and has been on the road a long while. And it is unlikely that you will get 10K for a 2009 model with the high miles (I'm guessing if you were spending £200 month in petrol) - there are pages of them in auto trader. I hope it wasn't the car dealer that told you it would be an investment. The IQ didn't get very good reviews and hasn't sold particularly well - no new car is an investment. You'll loose £1000's as soon as you drive it off the forecourt. I be looking to part with it now chalk it up to experience.0
