I have developed brown skin pigmentation on my face & I really don't like it. Are there any products which help reduce the look of this pigmentation?

You don't mention how the pigmentation came about-
I was just wondering as I have what the doctor has described as hyper pigmentation on my arms after several skin conditions and cryotherapy (freezing treatment) has left me with these as oppose to scabs.
I have been using either bio oil or Khiels Restorative balm on them, I am hoping the hyper pigmentation will fade away as it has been doing so far.
If its genetic or caused by something else I don't unfortunetly have any advice but hope you find something to help.0 -
I have pigmentation on my cheeks and nose - butterfly effect from menopause and I found that I have to cover the areas with Factor 50 as it becomes more pronounced under sunlight
Apparently Retinol (the prescription stuff) removes it but you still have to use a high factor SPF as well or it doesn't work.
Generally though beauty style face creams don't work - you'd need laser therapy to get rid of it completely - or do as I do and just cover up the spots with Factor 50 and let the rest of your face tan to match:rotfl:Noli nothis permittere te terere

Wipe the face with lemon and milk(not at the same time!) on a cotton pad.0

If you google there are various cremes that claim to help. Laser lightening or having a skin peel is another way?0

Not sure how it's come about to be honest, but it's mainly on the right hand side of my face (forehead & cheek).
It probably is made worse by the sun, so I'll try a high factor SPF. Can't afford laser treatment or a face peel unfortunatly.
Are there any high SPF face moisturisers?0 -
I always use SPF 15 but you are supposed to use SPF30 at least arent you. Have a look on Boots own site and see what they recommend.0

I think I might give the asprin & honey face mask a try. It's supposed to be good for different skin conditions.0

Tbh. Anything like a facemask won't do much good as the pigmentation is inside the skincells.
Boots No 7 do a factor 50 for the face to prevent ages spots, which is what I use. It's in the holiday sectionNoli nothis permittere te terere
