If you have an emergency and there are no appointments you have to go to the dental hospital instead.

If you have a open course of treatment and you have a emergency they HAVE to see you. It is only if you dont have a open course of treatment that they can fcuk you off to the hospital.

Ive worked in very busy NHS practices and have always kept a list of patients in need of cancellations, it might take more time but if someone cancels a 1hr (for example) appointment with only 1 hrs notice at least you have a fighting chance of filling it.

I know all practices are run differently of course but to not even offer to do that for them? *shakes head*
