Has anyone used Schuh Gress ?

Hi there,

I'm looking to buy a pair of Birkenstocks and Amazon have them at a good price, the company selling them are called Schuh Gress but are based in Stuttgart.
I was just wondering if anyone on here has used that company and has any feedback good or bad. I don't want to order from them and then find myself having problems.

My OH got caught out like that before when he ordered me a pair of Alpaca slippers from America, he ended up buying and paying for 2 pairs as their website was so slow in processing the order he thought he hadn't hit the confirm button. We got 2 pairs of slippers that were way too big then we couldn't get hold of the company to exchange them. :mad:

I have googled Schuh Gress but can't seem to find any comments about them.

I have bought sandals from them several times. I have phoned them and spoken to them [in German] and they were helpful and knowledgeable. They are a real shoe shop who realise their future needs to include internet sales. Prompt service. I ordered directly from their website. They took PayPal.
