Pure Prifile (survey)

How on EARTH do you redeem anything from Pure Profile?

I tried via the redemptions tab but was told I need £25 in my account. I have £25 in my account already!

I tried to submit a querey but it told me to submit a valid email address...with no tab to write my email into....

Agghhhhh!

I have used this site before to redeem cash and it was fine, they revamped it and its all ususable now. Does anyone have any contact details for them?

I've just tried to contact them through this page as I did a survey through to the end but the money hasn't gone onto my account and like the OP I got please supply a valid email. Where exactly am I supposed to supply it? I am logged in so the email address is valid and there is nowhere on the contact us page to put an email address.:mad:

They seem to have re-vamped their site, and, as always happens, the site isn't half as user-friendly as it was previously.

I don't know why they let their techies ruin things - 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'!

It just needs to be tested thoroughly before release, techies never use a site as ordinary users do so they miss the obvious.

Ah! Its got an email box! My page did not have an email bos hence being asked to fill in my email in a non existant box before being able to send anything:mad: Thanks for the link:T I had thought just after posting this to try contacting the Sales Team -most companies wont miss the chance to get extra sales, they had an email box so was able to submit, however am now also to send account holder enquiries about transactions, thanks.

Thing is, if we can't contact them to say "its not working" will they ever know...

Seems to have been fixed now though- complaint has been sent!
