edit...just noticed that it says the samples will be posted only if there is not a representative in the area that can hand deliver them..... what is that all about??? I have never heard of a company personally delivering a freebie before...weird!

They are a franchise, so if they have a franchisee in your area, they come and deliver it personally (then probably come and see if you want to place a follow up order)

I tried to sign up and it said sorry no rep in your area so no sample.

signed up on a previous posting got my samples delivered by a very pushy rep so be prepared so you don't get pushed into buying,I told the rep to leave thier card and I would call them if my pets liked the food,I didn't call them they revisited so I told them my pets prefered another food
