And I think I have a new internet addiction:o myfitnesspal.com - its a fat free wannabe site and I love it:D (but I do feel a bit like I'm cheating on you lot:o)
Luc, do you have an iphone/touch, I can't remember? You can get a MFP app and sync it at night, saves spending so log online logging stuff
I have canceled my membership to a paying site (calorie counting) and I am planning to do it all myself with a word document/notebook. I wasn't using the other site nearly enough so the payment was being wasted.
Today is my only day off this week so I have a little list to work through. Mainly chores and sorting the animals out
Bun,

Hey Lucifa,
So you like myfitnesspal? That's cool - I have never used it but a friend of mine has and she thought it was brilliant (but addictive!) too. Might give it a whirl.....

It is - I have already turned down a cookie, a cornetto and a bacon roll because I know I am going to be logging everything:eek::o26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

I have MFP on my iPhone, it's so handy. I don't forget to record anything because my phone is always nearby when I eat anything. Plus it's made me realise that I don't get enough carbs or fat or some vitamins so that's prob why I'm not losing weight despite my calories being about right.
Must pay off some bills today - have £20 left from weekly spending money so going to pay it off something like a good DFW.
