I haven't received my P60 yet. Other employees in the company had one (permanent staff) in May. I'm a temp staff, and still haven't had one from the agency yet.
Anybody in the same position? Do temp agencies take longer to issue one?

By law all employers have to issue P60's by 31 May - you need to contact your agency and remind them of this.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0

They are allowed to issue one duplicate and mark it as such.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0
