Tesco customer service e-mail address??

Hi,
I'd like to make a complaint about something in their store last night but I cannot seem to find their e-mail address on their site. Under "Contact Us" there are just phone numbers and an address, but I'd like to complain by e-mail. I'm sure there used to be an e-mail address or online form on their site - have they removed it or am I looking in the wrong place?
I don't want to phone as I am so angry - I'd rather have it all in writing anyway!

I contacted them using an email form via their help pages (www[dot]tesco[dot]com/help/jump.asp?choiceA=1&choiceB=1). It was a safety concern about a product I'd bought instore (exploding tennis ball container!). They did reply but weren't very helpful, saying they couldn't do anything as I hadn't provided a sample....0

I could do with one that is not the standard customer services as they are as good as a chocolate fireguard. Last week I got my on-line order deliverd with no petrol coupon and this week I got no print out or petrol coupon again, each time I've called customer services they seem as though they don't care and just send out another coupon with a half hearted "sorry I'll send you out one". This attitude doesn't help, I need petrol now not in a few days when the coupon arrives ....arggghhhh!!! Guess I'm a bit disheartened with them and feel like I've been scammed as I had a Sainsbury's free delivery code which I passed up for the petrol coupon, plus yesterday after placing my order I saw several garages at 2-3p cheaper than Tesco so really it should be 2p off a litre not 5p! Ok I'm shut up ranting now....
