received a £100 Wallis giftcard in the post today!

accompanying letter said i "was a winner of the Wallis competition that ran on the telegraph.co.uk in May"

Congratulations, definately worth ringing the company and mentioning the details you believe you entered. I recently won something and when checking the prize break down in small print at the bottom of the comp page realised they'd sent me £40 less on a cheque than they should have. A quick phone call and it was sorted.

There's another thread running where someone else won the same thing. Maybe the T&Cs weren't clear and the £200 was actually to be split between 2 winners? Maybe you could both approach them to check?
