Change of plan

Hi Folks, been reading all of your threads, and as usual you have lifted my spirits,Who needs prozac when I have you:D

The renting side of things havnt gone to plan, agencies are charging an arm and a leg for credit checks etc,and there are just no private rentals available. We have decided to go br anyway,we have a dmp with cccs (I have this urge to call them csi),if we cancel our plan with them, can we use the money to pay for br,what will happen to our house,it is in negative equity,I get the jist they wont chuck us out due to ne,is this right. It is my oh going br,everything is in his name, except the house. Are my wages taken into account, also we get working tax credit, will that be affected..........whew.....glad I got that off me chest!
Any advice would be welcome,we have been going round and round in circles and have kind of lost our way!

Anyway thanks to all of you,one day we will all be on the other side,
when we are ...the drinks are on me:)
