Dunbia meats can be hit or miss. I used to go but haven't been in a very long time. A lot of the prepacked steaks etc are just thin strips. However if you buy a vacumed pack you can take it home and do it your self and it is much better.
Moy Park is normally quite good. It can be hit or miss too but by this I meant they may not have a lot of selection and only some days do they have breaded chicken i.e chicken gougons etc0 -
thanks choco...
where exactly do you go in moy park for the shop ? is it at the moy park building at killyman ?0 -
The Moy Park shop is at the main gate entrance at the factory on the Killyman Road, you might have to park in the car park across the road, you go into the little security hut and turn left, it isnt very big and as already mentioned it is hit and miss and can get quite busy.0

Dunbia shop is at the end of the road on the right as you turn into the industrial estate. Go into the security hut and there is a window there for the shop. I know it only opens at 11am, but have no idea what time it closes.0

You should go to the O'Kanes shop in Ballymena. They are brilliant and the last time I was there I got 3 chickens for £6. I bought a turkey crown at Xmas and it was marked at 45Euro, but only cost me £18, and it was the best turkey I have ever had. I spoke to another customer there at the time ans she had said to me that she used to go to the Moy park place and now does not bother. If you do go to the O'Kanes place the shop is sign posted as they are renovationg the place there, but if you turn into the factory premises you can clearly see a sign. it is worth the trip.:beer:0

Are they the same people? There is a Moy Park based in England that are sponsoring the World Cup. Must be connected somewhere right enough.Norn Iron Club Member No. 252 :beer:0
