So close to being debt free

I had a loan with the AA who passed it to Blair, Oliver and Scott because I missed a few payments. I've cleared this and they still owe me £100 because I paid too much. When I asked them for a statement I found lots of charges on my account, which apparently were by the AA and not by BO&S. I can't see how charging £50 for a letter is fair. What exactly is the law around these charges? Should I try my luck with the AA? Can I use the bank charges letter?

I also have an agreement with Barclays Finance. They've also made loads of charges on my account. I fell one payment behind without realising and so was being charged £22.50 a month for a long time. The original loan amount was £800 and I've paid them £1,500 yet I still owe £400. I can pay that off, but I don't know what to do about all these charges!

Once that is clear, it'll just be my overdraft which I am trying to work my way out of now.

My credit score is 766 according to Experian, even though I have a satisfied default :D
