Shared ownership mortgage with adverse credit

Please can someone give me some advice.

I'm looking at getting on the property market sometime hopefully in the next 18-24 months.

I gathered if I don't have a deposit of about 50000 then I'll need to look for a shared ownership property.

Can anyone tell me what they think the chances of getting a mortgage in about 18-24 months with adverse credit history for a shared ownership mortgage?

Thanks

Specifically what adverse credit do you have?
What deposit do you anticipate you will have?

    Thanks for the reply.

I have a default which was cleared 3 1/2 years ago on a mobile telephone for £200. Also fell into arrears on a loan but have been out of trouble on that one for 6 months now.

I'll anticipate having about 5000-10000 pounds.
