Consolidation Loans

I'am looking at consolidation loans and a couple of people have mentioned Norton Finance. I was wondering if anyone has used them or can recommend a company?
I'am not liking HSBC at the moment they seem to be very demanding and not very helpful regarding my loan.

    So sorry but I would NOT recommend this company nor consolidate, we did and got our fingers badly burnt.

    In what way are they demanding??

    Are they insisting on regular payments in accordance with the agreement??

    If you are struggling, taking on more debt is not the answer.
