Transfer of Equity

Hi

Is there anyone with any knowledge of making a transfer of Equity applic with Nationwide on an interest only mortgage? I have a letter which seems to suggest I have to reduce my overpayment reserve prior to this transfer of equity. Any ideas on what this means...they have given me a figure I need to reduce it to, I have no idea how they have calculated this.

Also, does anyone know whether transfer from interst only to repayment mortgage with Nationwide is easily done, without charges?
