Does anyone else out there have problems with these guys? A while ago I had a lens test and they gave me a free pair to test for a month, then when at the end of the month I went back to buy 6 months worth I was told I couldn't as my prescription was only for 6 months and was now a month old, which seems so ridiculous as to be a scam, and if it's true is crazy.
Just been back now and given someone else's lenses, and when I pointed out these weren't the ones I wanted I was told they were, when someone else's name was on the prescription!
Oh, and they let me buy 3 months' worth today, even though my last test was 6 months ago... which kind of goes against what I was originally told!! I know they are cheap but they aint getting any more of my business as the service ranges from bizarre to plain awful!!
