Sign up where to Betfair? Using PB? Using PB's link to PB Poker? Using Quidco to get some cashback? Using some other site in order to get a free bet to do some matched betting?kathfisch wrote:If you don't want to risk your £10 on gambling in order to get cashback - don't! You can just sign up to betfair for free, no need to give card details
This is out of my experience!
And if Merlin and Zounds seem to be at odds, then there must be some confusion somewhere! They are experienced players. Droop Betfair is easy. Just stick to what you are doing. Download the software wait till Sunday then register with Pigsback for the sunday tourney then register on Betfair for the Sunday tourney. Easy net 400 points.

I had a Quidco account, opened a couple of years ago, I think.misskool wrote:DS
Don't know if you have a quidco account
I was about to use it for the first time a few weeks ago and found that they have closed it, as I am not resident in the UK. So even though my purchases are all genuine, like gifts for relatives, stuff for ourselves to collect from a UK address later, etc., they think I must be some sort of criminal!Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -
Ah, OK. Thanks very much, Merlin.Merlin139 wrote:Droop Betfair is easy. Just stick to what you are doing. Download the software wait till Sunday then register with Pigsback for the sunday tourney then register on Betfair for the Sunday tourney. Easy net 400 points.

D'you know, I hadn't even realised that I could only play on Sunday. How religious!
So ... does that mean that I will be able to use that same Betfair account to withdraw my Piggy money, then?Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -
Ok i was sacing for the £8.50 CDWOW voucher and i knew it was about 1080 points i think and i'm on 1035 anyway went to check to be sure how much i needed and now there is no £8.50 voucher but £7.99 for 980 points when did did this change??

OK, I'll continue my running commentary for all those other gambling-shy innocents out there. (Hi fatboyonadiet! Hi, Don'tskipit!!)
The setup download has finally finished. I clicked on Next or whatever it said, in order to go on to the next stage. It then opened a window crammed with far too much info. On top of that, another window opens, which proceeds to tell me that I have joined Europe's fastest growing poker site, dealing with $4 million every month.
If that's supposed to make me feel reassured, I can assure Betfair that it most certainly does not. It's quite daunting, in fact. I feel like I'm the kid starting nursery, but I'm walking into High School!
Merlin tells me to register on Sunday, but in fact I can see no button saying "Register". There is one saying "Log In".
Now I don't want to leave all this till the last minute on Sunday (assuming I'll be here anyway), so I feel like exploring where "Log In" will take me ...
Ah, clicking on "Log In" opens a window which allows you to go on to register. I feel somewhat relieved!
So I'll now go to PB and register with them for the Sunday game, and if I'm not here, well then tough.Much of the social history of the Western world over the past three decades has involved replacing what worked with what sounded good. - Thomas Sowell, "Is Reality Optional?", 19930 -

you order the voucher and they will email the voucher code to you via email within 3 working days. This code will also appear on your "collect rewards" in the rewards section on PB.
Then you just enter the code at the "e-coupon" area just before ordering on CD-WOW.0 -
DS you can play on Sunday or Wednesday. I might join you on sunday.
Talking of poker, I got £36.20 for coming second (or rather mum did). She had better treat me to something for winning her that money !There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.

Thanks to everybody who supplies the answers to the quizes etc. My Mum won the daily quiz (I think it was that one) and won 1000 points. She is absolutely delighted.
Also I notice a lot of people have got their lightspeed points...well I am still waiting, think I might have to email them again.
Oh yeah, and I got my first voucher this morning woohoo!!!!
I am so happy to have found this thread...Thanks again to everybody.

Droop, you sure can. After you have opened your account with Betfair then you can order Betfair vouchers. 3 to 5 days later the money should be in your Betfair account then go to your account and then withdraw the money by cheque. the 3 times I have done it I have had the cheque within 2 days from Betfair.3.795 kWp Solar PV System.
