I had a problem with aer lingus.. when I contacted pigsback they replied that aer lingus contacts them with the email addresses of those that have signed up.. I definately did, but as you hadn't recieved any newsletters from them.. Pigsback said I wasn't on the list received... Luckily I had a screenshot of my sign up with the date and time showing, I argued the toss that it should be proof enough that I had signed up - I got the points eventually!

Oh my God!I dint do that screen saving thing-is there anyway i can get the points?or I will try signing up again when the offer is still there and save the proof-thanks very much for the info.

Personally, I'd sign up again and take the screen shot.. It took several emails to get my points as it was.. dont think I'd have had a hope in hell of getting them without the screenshot..

    Congrats! :)

As far as I know, you can't use CD Wow codes AND get Piggypoints, some people have said that they got PB points with using a code in the past, they were lucky, I don't think you're meant to.

If you follow the link from where you collect your voucher code, then you won't get Piggypoints when you spend the voucher at CD Wow.

But if you ignore this link and just access CD Wow from under the Shop & Earn menu, then you'll get the points from using your voucher.

Thanks tree-bee - I didn't know that you still got points, that's another 500 points from a £50 voucher - nice! Think i'll save up
