I never did get any points for signing up to their rubbish newsletter.
My points for this weren't credited to my PiggyBank until 10 August, although the confirmation email from Czech Airlines was dated 21 June.

If you signed up around the same time as me, perhaps your points were also credited at about the same date. Or maybe everyone's points were credited on the same date.

Either way, you might like to check your PiggyBank for 10 August or thereabouts.

Otherwise, as Charlene says, an email to PB is required.

I appear to have won something from Pigsback. Very odd, I have one shopping bag, 4 squeezy pigs, half a dozen pens and pencils and a few keychains.
Does any one have any idea what it could have been for?

Yeah, I got one of these packs this morning too - very strange but my niece will love it :D

I ordered some tickets through ticketmaster and I couldnt use my pigsback registered e-mail address.

I e-mailed them to tell them I had used a different one, and hoped I could still get my points (200)

They e-mailed me back to say they will note this when they receive the file, but in future I should use my registered e-mail or change it.

Are they really not too hot on credting points and should I not get my hopes up?

I've tried to register for Mansion too.

Nothing ventured nothing gained - I think this could be expensive for Pigsback if they honour the T&Cs and payout even though no money has been deposited.

I have now had to chase up 5 out of 6 things that I have made a purchase on to get the points.

The last being isubscribe. I forwarded the confirmation E-mail with a note and guess what they said please send your confirmation E-mail. Strang I was sure I did that the first time. ( I did ) I went along with it and forwarded it for the second time and 10 minutes later I got my points.

They must use Naff software or something. Are other site like this ?

I have now started using Quidco. Somethings on there track in 20 mins so why cant Pigsback do the same?

Thanks Droopsnout. I checked through every transaction, but nowt was found. Unfortunately I lost all my old emails, including the confirmation one, when I changed to XP - don't ask!

I also have had to chase them for ISubscribe (twice) and any purchase from HQ hair. They're good at responding and taking action but it would be much easier for everone if the system just worked.
