I have recently posted this on the quidco thread but thought it might be of use to someone here too.

Just a quick word of advice for anyone doing jackpot joy.

I deposited £10 and chose to receive the £10 bonus, promptly played through the £80 required to withdraw and ended up with a £22 balance :)

But.... I thought I would play it safe and leave the money there until my cashback (or piggypoints in this case) was paid, just in case withdrawing it affected anything. So, I happened to log in today (to stop them sending me annoying emails) and noticed that my account balance was only £12! :(

On very close inspection.... the t&cs do state that bonuses are only available for playing/withdrawal for 14 days, at which point it will be deducted from your account..... even if you've fulfilled the terms and played through the required amount  A quick email to cs confirmed I wasn't gonna get my £10 back :(

Before anybody says anything... I know I agreed up to the t&c and I am not complaining on my own behalf.... but if someone else can avoid losing their £10 that's great :) I know in theory we should all read every word of the t&c but I for one certainly don't , I take my chances and have to live with it when it backfires :o

I've now withdrawn my £12 so hopefully the cashback will be paid, fingers crossed!

If you're going to do (or have done) jackpot joy and are going to take the chance on accepting the bonus (as I did) which of course you could not do at all and avoid the whole prob .... take note!! :)

Well, er... maybe I could flog it on Ebay if I win?

See post #1545, just above. And it was posted a couple of times before that, too.

I admire your enthusiasm, though!! Keep me smiling!
