Hi, these are definately a semi-scan depending on your perspective. They tend to tie you into a service charge that typically is equivalent to the amount you would pay for rental weeks &/or place a condition of booking (expensive) flights direct with themselves or their agent. If your search this thread/MSE forum you will see this mentioned before, cheers, G

I dont see the problem with this! My wife has won 3 times but neither i or my son have ever. Wouldnt want us barred just because my wife has been successful
  • Thanks for all the links, I really appreciate that first page with all the updated links etc, Mr HQ went from 4 points to 824 this week! Very much apprecaited, we've had fifty pounds worth of vouchers, now on our way to another £10 each!

Yes - the first page is fab and I only discovered it today! That means that since this new post opened I have missed out on lots probably - so I just went and did some clickthroughs I had missed and earned myself 110 points - now fingers crossed to win something

I will be keeping a close eye on that 1st post now - it's great! If it could be sorted into week order that'd be great - ie: Competitions for week commencing 11/09/06...

    Thanks everyone!

Does anyone know what's happening re the Mansion points?

I just went on to Pigsback to have a look at the Ts and Cs and theMansion link is there, but I got an error message when I tried to go and have a look

I know some have had their points, but I haven't as yet

I've been a member since the early days and have yet to win a single competition. Many others are in the same boat. Its just a little frustrating to see the same people, or members of their family winning comps when there are many of us oldies yet to win a single one....and all pigsback say to us is that its 'random'. Doesn't feel very random to me.

I've been a member since the site launched in Northern and Southern Ireland. I have NEVER won any of the competitions, so I know exactly how you feel. Especially when I read on here of all the new people signing up and winning within a very short space of time :(

I get the feeling that those 'randomly' picked are the ones that sign up for everything, have all the boxes ticked for newsletters/junkmail/email etc. Anyone that is discerning about what they want to be associated with, gets left out of the prize giving. This is my theory.
