  • PB have just emailled me after I queried about referral points. They WILL honour a referral for my OH, but WILL NOT honour referral points for my daughter

Anyone got any ideas as to why this should be???

Do they both live with you? I'm only guessing but maybe it's to stop multiple accounts? I think it stinks though, if thats what they want to do they should put it in the T&C, something like you are only allowed one refferal from the same household. then you're OH could of reffered your daughter

I just joined Jackpot Joy and deposited £10. As I got the bonus of another £10, I thought I'd be able to withdraw my original £10, and just play with the bonus £10. (Am I making sense) But it says I have to play through £80 before withdrawing money. I did read the T&C 's but from what others were saying on here, I thought you could take out your original £10 straight away? To be honest I dont understand the slots, anyone know which are the best games to play?

As jules said, it's best to not have the bonus, there is a box you can either check or uncheck (can't remember which) on the sign up page th opt out of the bonus.

I deposited £11, played £1 and withdrew £10.. so total spend = £1, i think if you do it like this, it's still worth the 1000 points as it's still £9 extra and the chance of winning a bit with the £1 you play!

    Small Print.

Obviously this is allegedly the same person. It may not be just in case someone comes back and says it is there Father, son or brother with the same name.
Thanks Merlin - just out of interest, has pigsback ever been approached about these repeat winners ... not that i'm suggesting that but just wondered what there response was

We are dependent on Mansion to provide us with the information to credit the PiggyPoints, unfortunately we are having difficulties receiving the information we require to credit PiggyPoints and therefore have had to extend the time frame, we are very sorry for this.

A confirmation e-mail does prove you registered with Mansion, but we can only credit the PiggyPoints to members who have registered through Pigsback and the confirmation e-mail does not provide us with this information.
The fact you have played on your account has no relevance as this is not required to receive PiggyPoints.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused, please accept my sincerest apologies and as soon as we receive the file confiming members who have registered via Pigsback.com we will credit the PiggyPoints as soon as possible.

We will honour the amount of PiggyPoints to be credited for registering with JackPotJoy at the time of registration.

The very speedy reply I just received.

Oh I am only 42 not 102. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

I've just sent another email to them and got a similar reply about it being up to a month now, so i sent them the screen shot of the sign up page with my name/account number that clearly shows their tracking ID in the URL. I'm hoping that this will speed things up, but i won't hold my breath! :(

No. If you just want to withdraw PP, just open up a normal account, (if you go through quidco, you need to bet £10 to get your £25 cashback) and you can get cheques sent out to you.

    Thanks :)

But if I DO gamble the £10 I'll get from Piggy, I will get £25 from quidco wether I win or loose the £10 bet? But it might take more time to get the Quidco money?

    What do you people do?

Piggy, Quidco, Betfair, referral codes, promotional codes, £55 Quidco scheme I read about.. so complicated....
So glad there are nice and helpful people on this board :)
