Hi,
Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question:o, but are there mortgages that can be moved with you if you move home? Rather than having to apply for a new mortgage and go through the whole set up again?
Thanks in advance.

Hi
The vast majority of mortgages are portable - however bear in mind this is never guaranteed and are treated as new applications (i.e. you'll need to meet the current criteria)0 -
Thanks Andy!
And hmm... so if my income's dropped while I'm on maternity pay would they count my 'normal' salary or my maternity salary? I knew it wasn't going to be as simple as pick up the mortgage and move it with me.0 -
The lender usually asks for your last 3 months pay slips !0
