At what point does OR write to all your creditors?

At what point does the official reciever write to all your creditors to inform them of the IPA and what is owed, and that they are part of an individuals bankruptcy etc?
How likely is it that the OR will contact creditors or family/friends who are listed on creditor list to interview them about the debts verbally? Or is is the only verbal contact/interviews done with me? Would rather not having family/friends that I have listed cross-examined really!
I have had my telephone interview and am awaiting my (IPA) proposal in the post currently.

A report to all creditors is normally sent within 8 weeks of the bankruptcy order. The friends and family should be treated exactly the same as any other creditors, they will not be cross-examined for being a creditor. The only reason that the OR might have reason to speak to them is if they had done something else such a be hiding money for you. Unless the OR has good reason to think otherwise they would be treated exactly the same as all other creditorsHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

I have just received my IPA about 2 weeks after my OR interview and on the same day I had a letter from the council with regards to moneys owing going into my BR (very nice letter actually) and a letter from egg confirming they had been notified...so all happens fairly quickley certainly from my point of view.0
