in Cutting tax
Hi,
I am a non taxpayer.
I have reclaimed tax for 2009-10 in NSI savings.
I have just got certificate from Scottish Widows stating they have taxed me on interest for 2009-2010 when this should not have been done.I had registered as non tax payer.
Can I now reclaim this tax from HMRC or is only one claim per year allowed ?
Thanks

Another one of those rumours I'm afraid. Claim as many times as you like until your tax is correct - it is easier, though, if you wait until you have the full information for the relevant tax year.0
