cannot find other thread but thought i would start a new one.
I know if was mentioned on the other thread that if you reapply for consent to let again before September 2010 you would be exempt fron 1.5% interest rate so i called and was told that was NOT the case!
she said it goes on when you first even let the property out whetehr you reapply or not.
Can all those who were told otherwise write on this thread as the whole thing is quite confusing, it seems some have been misinformed and i hope that is me!
