Advice needed please!

Hi,

Can anyone give advice please? What can someone do to cancel with Eurodebt when they've already paid some of the upfront fee. Are we able to go back on it? What are the options to pursue? I am not sure whether to carry on with them or contact someone else.

Regards

I am assuming that Eurodebt are a credit management agency and that you have to pay for them to manage your debts? If you have just signed on with them, was there a cooling down time? I don't think that they can do anything if you have just started with them. But you may not get the fees you paid back.

And if you read these boards you will now know about Payplan and CCCS, who manage your creditors for free!

If you can get out of the Eurodebt thing I would as money they take in fees is not going to your creditors.

Also if you want to post a Statement of Affairs on here, then maybe we can save you some more money which you can throw at the debts. Have a look at the sticky at the top of this forum.

    Best of luck

    Hi,

I am not sure about the cooling period. Perhaps I will post my Statement of Affairs sometime though.

    Thanks
