Please note that last month there were issues with it showing the last entrants details, please make sure you remove your details after entering. Some people found the best way was to put anon in the name boxes and then a false email and click submit. xx

    Sorry to bump, but just to reiterate the warning in the OP.
    Unfortunately this glitch STILL hasn't been fixed.
    This form is still holding your details, so you must resubmit with false details straight after you've entered.
    Worse things will have happened in the world today...
