SW suggested on Muppeteer's thread "Not quite rock bottom" https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/1356239= that they have a look over here.0 -
Was meant to post this earlier........
Dad ended up being moved from the care home to the unit by just after 8pm tonight, he was a little bewildered, and depending on how he is tomorrow, they may let us visit.
But they must try to get him to take his oxygen, he was unfortunately looking grey in the face today. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi Di
Ive not forgotten you, am just doing my new UE thread whilst it is quiet! I'll get round to you tomorrow but having read it all, you really need to be arguing your points using stonger words and threats, the way you've been treated is nothing less than !!!!!! (sorry) but for the same respect you are now in a position to argue and must do so - have you considered professional (legal) help here cos this could amount to quite a mess and a good pay out, its something i'd be looking into if I was you - does your home and buildings insurance not come with legal cover? May be worth a call if so.....
I'd however definitely be seeking proper help, this could ruin you both and your health all cos of a salesman wanting his commission (as you see it) lol2010 - year of the troll
