My hubbie has done really good too - he has lost 7 1/2 stone and is at his target weight now - he was at Sl*mm*ng W*rld HQ on Sunday for the Man of the Year semi-finals and finals - unfortunately he did not make the final but I am really proud of him anyway - it is so much harder to lose weight when you are 60 as he is
