There is a street near here that is completly decked out with England stuff the gardens, houses even their dogs have England tops, on its quite amazing. My son wanted a flag hanging out of his bedroom window i said I will allow it if they win a game!!!!!!

Will try and get a pic posted Honestly I thought the local paper would have picked it up. They may be doing it for charity as they deck their houses out at xmas for a local childrens hospice.

Good morning Ann, great news about 3 of your debts being unenforceable, good old Niddy strikes again!

SW - good luck with the appraisal. Remember your boss has to do everything by the book, regardless of his personal opinions. Take notes as you go, and get a copy of the appraisal notes in writing (which you should have anyway). If anything is put in your appraisal that is in any way unfair/inaccurate/discriminatory, then the unions will have him for breakfast. As I have already said, the appraisal should be fair and accurate.

Thanks nid have copied that latest into my DCA buster file with some other useful info from you if that is ok.
In case I decide to go ahead in the near future and follow anns lead. Just ignoring them at the mo especilly the phone calls.
