    Is it very far away? Problem with those outlets is that you can't exchange things at the "normal shops".

    And if it is a long haul for you, it is sometimes cheaper not to bother. Not sure how long M&S allow for an exchange, though?

    Beanie it'll say at the bottom of the receipt i am sure it is 28days. Dont worry. You can post it up there and ask them to send you the correct size.
