This is more than good news! Especially as we (well, you, I didn't have a clue!) thought it was enforceable when the original paperwork arrived! And then when I saw that long, complicated letter - which probably took them absolute weeks to compose - it looked so professional that I was so sure that I would have to reach an agreement for them.

And, please, please - don't apologise for the delay! I am just so grateful for all the help you have given me - especially as I know you are helping loads of other people at the same time! It just feels as if you are my own personal guardian angel :A (Cue - violins to appear!)
