Good afternoon
Been to see dad at the dementia unit, bless him, he was very sleepy, it must be the meds they are trying out again.
When he was more or less awake he was very quiet but beaming when he could see us daughters.:A
Oh, bless him, Di.
He must have been so pleased to see you all - makes the visit worthwhile."What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -

Yes it does, thanks Ann.;)X
The visiting is maximum of an hour, they are restricted, due to the fact of them trying to get them in a routine I suppose.
If all goes well for the following week then dad will be able to go back to the care home.
He seems rather settled where he is now though.:D:)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Good evening Ann n' All. Just a flying visit to say hello cause Brazil are playing he Ivory Coast! Hope everyone's well and have had a good weekend! Reading earlier posts I hope I get an invite when you all meet up in London! I live in Twickenham and can help arrange things if necessary. Game startin' soon so gotta go, have a great evening.0

Will ask everyone Moneypenny. Looks as if we already have one or two positives - but probably the same amount of negatives!
Not sure of any viable alternative, though!Back to work for me tomorrow after nearly 2 months off. wish me luck
Best of luck for tomorrow, Moneypenny.
Once you have been there for an hour or so bet it will feel as if you have never been away!"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -

Hi Fitzer.
Good to hear from you!
Of course you will get an invite, not sure how many people will be able to make the journey, though!
Enjoy the football. Am not going to say anything about Friday's game but I am beginning to feel sorry for the England supporters - which is something I never thought I would say!"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -
I am not sure how much furniture i shall have but if people would like to stay over at my house (in Portsmouth) that is fine for a long weekend. That goes to anyone.

That's a very generous and lovely offer, SW."What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0
